This policy explains what personal data SST Group collects through this quotation request platform, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. This is a general policy covering how the platform itself operates — it does not replace independent legal advice, and you should have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it for compliance purposes.
When you request a quotation, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name (or company name), email address, phone number, company details (TRN, if applicable), site address, and the scope of work you select. If you upload files or leave comments on a request, those are stored too.
To sign in, we collect your email address (for one-time login codes) or basic profile information from Google if you choose to sign in with Google. We do not collect or store passwords — this platform does not use them.
This platform does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookies set are strictly necessary ones that keep you signed in.
Your information is used to prepare and send you a quotation, assign your request to the right member of our team, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this platform: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Upstash (temporary caching, no personal data retained long-term), and Resend (sending you emails, such as quotations and sign-in codes). Each only processes data as needed to provide their service to us.
Quotation requests you never finish submitting are automatically deleted after 30 days. Completed requests are kept as business records. If your request is deleted from the admin bin, it is permanently removed after 30 days.
You can download a copy of everything associated with your account, or permanently delete your account, at any time from Account Security. Deleting your account removes your personal details from any requests you submitted; the underlying business record (scope of work, pricing) is kept in anonymized form.
