Any payment for work or goods you agree to after receiving a quotation is arranged separately and directly with the relevant SST Group company — typically through a signed agreement, purchase order, or invoice specific to that job. Payment schedules, deposits, and refund terms for that work are set out in that agreement, not on this website.
Refund or cancellation questions about work you've commissioned should go to the SST Group company you contracted with directly, referencing your quotation number, rather than through this platform.
